The Carlos Rosario offers tuition-free English, Career Training, GED and Citizenship classes to thousands of adults who live in DC. The school was founded for immigrants and English-learners and is open to the entire DC community. Our students obtain high school diplomas; pass the citizenship exam and become U.S. citizens; gain the English skills necessary to help their children with homework; enter into careers and climb career ladders; and obtain college degrees and workforce certifications.
